Given that this is nesting season for the owls, officials are warning people with pets weighing up to 15 pounds to be mindful of attacks from the sky and to take precautions to prevent them.
“Just because someone’s toy poodle makes them feel good, doesn’t make them a certified service dog,” says Corey Hudson, the Chief Executive Officer of Canine Companions for Independence of Santa Rosa.
A study, published this month in the Journal of the American Veterinary Medical Association, has found that those low-calorie diet foods for cats and dogs may actually be just as calorie heavy as their regular counterparts.
